Synopsis:
This classic tale revolves around the touching tale of Su-dong and Ok-ran who are bound by a marriage pledge made by their parents. However this promise is shattered by Mu-ryong the son of village elder Kim Jinsa who has a crush on Ok-ran and tries to make her his own. When the girl resists Mu-ryong goes one step further intending to rape her, which is discovered by Su-dong who arrives just in time to free Ok-ran. Mu-ryong in his rage tells his men to seize Su-dong and punishes him severely.
